Uses of Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules

  • Respiratory tract infections (e.g., pneumonia, bronchitis)
  • Ear, nose, and throat infections (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media)
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

  • Dental infections

Dosage & Administration

  • The usual adult dose is 500mg every 8–12 hours (as prescribed by the doctor).
  • It can be taken with or without food.
  • The full course should be completed, even if symptoms improve, to prevent antibiotic resistance.
